UK Government Orders Two Million SureScreen Diagnostics Lateral Flow Tests

SureScreen Diagnostics has supplied two million COVID-19 antigen tests to the UK Government.

By Friday (15th January 2021), we will provide the government with two million of our lateral flow antigen COVID-19 tests, with the potential to offer more over the coming months.

Health and Social Care Secretary, Matt Hancock, announced the exciting news over the weekend with images of him using one of our tests was displayed on his Twitter account. The tests will be used for asymptomatic testing and have been validated by Public Health England (PHE).

Our COVID-19 test is not only the first British-manufactured but the first European-manufactured rapid lateral flow test for COVID-19 to be distributed to the UK Government.

The test is time and cost-effective and will provide a qualitative yes/no result within 15 minutes.
