UK Delivery

Our standard UK delivery is usually 48 hours. The majority of orders will be shipped the same day if an order is placed between Monday – Friday by 12 pm (excluding national holidays).

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland may be subject to a slightly longer delivery time.

Saturday Delivery

We also offer a Saturday delivery and 10 am next-day service for urgent items. Please state this during the ordering process.

Outside the UK

For customers outside the UK, we quote shipping on a case-by-case basis, to make sure the shipping is competitive and will inform you of expected delivery time to your location.

Customers are given a window of seven (7) days from receipt of goods in which they are able to contact SureScreen with regards to any dispute about their order. During this time, SureScreen will accept returns of the goods, provided the item is in an unused state. After 7 days from receipt of the order, SureScreen reserves the right to reject returns.

If the reason for return is because of an error made by SureScreen, customers can exchange their goods, have a credit note added to their account or have a full refund for the error within the Purchase Order. In such cases, SureScreen will bear the cost of retrieving the goods, the restocking cost, and the postage costs of sending out replacements.  

If the customer has made a mistake in the ordering process or otherwise, the customer must be made aware that they will be responsible to pay for the shipping to have them sent back to SureScreen as well as the cost for delivery of replacements. The customer will also be required to pay a restocking fee of 5% of the value of their order, which is to cover the administration and quality control costs incurred when returning items.
